Hardika has worked as a physiotherapist for 2 years and have done internship of 6 months separately. Having completed her Bachelor degree of Physiotherapy in 2018 which covered anatomy, physiology, exercise therapy, manual therapy, electro-therapy. Moreover, Expecting her MSc. Health & Safety degree in May 2021. Hardika has specialized in providing Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, but also has interest in neurological rehabilitation, long term conditions, public health, hydrotherapy, Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy. Through her studies and work experience, Hardika has developed a great understanding of when to utilise specific exercise and electrotherapy modalities, which enables her to personalise her treatments to ensure that each individual client receives the best possible service.
Hardika has done research in Silicosis among construction workers of various developed and developing countries. In her role, Hardika acts as Physiotherapist for Media city physio and training center, but also working as Professional Registered Vaccinator for Leeds Teaching NHS Hospital Trust to help the community to get protection against Corona virus.
In her spare time, Hardika is a keen distance runner and enjoys practicing yoga.
