Nicholas is a graduate of Salford University. During his study he treated patients in various Clinics and Sports Clubs across 3 years. Having completed his Bachelor Degree in Sports Rehabilitation in 2021 he is up to date in:
Additionally, he is working towards Counselling, Mental health and improving his Personal Training qualifications.
Nicholas specialises in Rehabilitation qualifying him in analyses of gait to help his patients get back to sport or activity, not only where they left off but also with improved performance.
Through his studies and work experience Nicholas is able to identify deeper underlying problems of causation of injury. Through the use of physiological, psychological, biomechanical and manual therapy interventions he will be able to identify the needs of the patient. This will help in prescribing individual exercise programmes leading to recovery with improved performance; helping any client / patient get back to the high demands of life, sport or activity…

Nicholas’s research into sports performance reveals how one’s instructions or coaching cues influence the outcome. This knowledge could improve the speed of recovery.
In his role at Media City Physio and training centre, as Rehabilitator / Sports physio and Sports Therapist and his 4+ years experience in first aid as a lifeguard, he strives to do his best for each client.
In his spare time he trains in Boxing and Weightlifting
